Please book enough time for set up and break down. Time and a half will be charged starting at 30 mins over your scheduled booking time. If you'd like to extend your time while in the space, just send us a message and we'd be happy to accommodate.

Clean up any mess made during your session and put equipment back where you found it. Cleaning supplies are provided if needed. A $100 fee will be applied if the following is left behind:

• Large spills or liquid damage

• Debris from photo shoot (glitter, confetti, etc)

• Damaged furniture

Missing equipment will result in a permanent ban from future bookings and an additional fee equal to the cost of damage.

Do NOT cut or replace backdrops without prior permission to do so. If you require a specific backdrop color please contact us within 24 hours of booking time so we can accommodate.

HOUSE RULES:

• NO smoking or drug use inside the studio or building - $200 fee will apply if you do so

• NO excessive noise (music is permitted but should be kept at a respectable volume)

• NO large crowds. There is a max 8 people allowed in the space per booking. If more than 8 people you will be charged $20/per person.

• NO smoke or fog machines

• Outside props and equipment are permitted. Keep in mind the space is on the smaller side and is not suitable for large set builds or productions.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

• Turn off all lights, fans, speaker, and equipment

• Make sure window is closed and secure

• Before leaving make sure door is closed and locked behind you

• Return keys to lockbox. A missing key will result in a $50 fee

Our studio is full-service. You’ll be sent an email from the studio with full entrance instructions. A lockbox and code will be provided to access both the building and studio space. We will provide both written and video instructions on how to enter the space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Guests can reschedule their booking 1 time without penalty up to 24 hours before their Booking time.

Same day Bookings (made within 24 hours of Booking start time) are not eligible for refunds if canceled or missed.
